(Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003) The purpose of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 is to ensure that your personal data is processed with respect for the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. 1. Purposes of the processing
1.1 We inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code, that the personal data you provide when registering for the Service, or otherwise acquired as part of the activity we perform, may be processed for purposes related to the provision of the Service. 2. Method of processing
2.1 The data are collected by the subjects indicated in point 5, in accordance with the indications of the Privacy Code, with particular regard to the minimum security measures provided (Articles 33-34) as regards their processing by means of computer tools (Article 35), manual and automated with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
2.2 In compliance with the applicable legislation, an anti-spam verification system is in place on the communications made through the ad reply form made available to users. The data entered therein may be verified for the sole purpose of identifying unlawful activities or content that does not comply with the General Conditions of Service, but shall not be processed or communicated for commercial or promotional purposes.
3. Optional supply of data
3.1 The provision of your personal data is absolutely optional; however, any refusal to provide them on the page dedicated to registration for the purposes of providing the service (point 1.1) makes it impossible to use the Service offered on the www.marcopiergentilicv.com website.

5. Data Controller, Data Processors and Persons in Charge
5.1 The Data Controller is Marco Piergentili, Via Crocedivia 2/A Montegiorgio (FM) on behalf of its legal representative pro tempore.
5.2 The Data Controller avails itself of external Processors for the achievement of the purposes specified in points 1.1 (technical purposes related to the provision of the service), 1.2 (commercial purposes) and 1.3 (profiling purposes) and to request a full list of them, simply send an email to the dedicated email address indicated in point 6.2.
5.3 The Data Controller has appointed its employees and collaborators as Data Processors.
6. Rights of the data subject
6.1 We remind you that, at any time, you retain the right to know what data you have entered and how it is used, as well as to have it updated, supplemented, corrected or to request its deletion or blocking or to oppose its processing if it is carried out in violation of the law, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
